Introduction to this blog

Bonjour! Hello! From July 6th until July 29th this summer, I will be embarking on a new adventure by partaking in a French Immersion programme in Québec. With my two kids and mom in tow, we will start our adventure by driving the 8+ hours north to Jonquière, Québec. I'll be participating in the French immersion programme there this July, and I couldn't be more excited! Since this is a blog about my adventures in Québec, and since I will be participating in a French immersion programme where I will have to essentially live, eat, think, breathe in French, this blog (apart from this entry) will be in French. As this is a learning experience for me, please excuse any errors in the French! And, for those of you (most likely family members) who are reading this blog but don't speak French, I have added a Google Translate link at the top of this page.... As much as I hate online translators because of the inaccuracies and dodgy translations, this link will at least help you follow along in my journey.
